If the goods are faulty we will issue a full refund, excluding postage, or replacement goods, whichever the client prefers. PLEASE NOTE: All goods will be tested prior to a refund being issued. Non-faulty goods will not be refunded. Please be careful when ordering. We will not refund wrongly ordered goods or swap for different goods, as this invalidates our manufacturers warranty. Postage is paid by the buyer. Goods under £30 are sent by Recorded Delivery (£2.50) and goods over £30 are sent by Special Delivery (£4.00). For orders of more than one item, postage will be calculated, and you will be advised. All Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving cleared funds, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay in receipt caused by Royal Mail.
